Five ways to work together.

Five ways to work together. One consistent outcome: a team that performs, a culture that holds, and a business that doesn't depend on you carrying it.

Your competitors have the same tools, the same technology, the same market. Your only differentiator is your people. That's where I work.

Advisory

You know something isn't working. I'll tell you exactly what it is.

Culture problems, leadership gaps, team misalignment — they're rarely invisible. They're just hard to name from the inside. I come in, assess what's actually happening, and give you a clear picture of where you are and why. From there, we build a strategy together — with the priorities, actions, and ownership your team needs to move forward. The work is yours to do. My job is to make sure you're doing the right work, in the right order, with the clarity to see it through.

Using the SGEi Culture Hacker methodology, I assess what your people actually experience day-to-day — where the gaps are, what's driving them, and what it's costing you. You receive a full debrief, a prioritised culture strategy, and a practical action plan your leadership team can execute without needing me in the room every week.
  • Full culture diagnostic — SGEi methodology
  • Leadership debrief and strategy workshop
  • Prioritised action plan with clear ownership
  • You walk away knowing exactly what to do next
A few questions about your team, your goals, and your current priorities shape the format. Together we decide whether to draw from a suite of industry-leading modules, build something fully custom around your organisation's context, or combine both. Everything is facilitated — your leaders arrive, engage, and leave with a shared direction and clear commitments.
  • Industry-leading modules, fully custom, or a combination — you choose
  • Shaped by your goals, your team, and your current priorities
  • Fully facilitated — your team focuses on the work, not the logistics
  • Strategic outputs and individual action commitments
  • Half-day, full-day or multi-day formats available

Cultural Fluency & Cross-Border Leadership

Your business spans borders. Your leadership needs to as well.

Scaling across markets introduces communication styles, work norms and cultural dynamics that can quietly undermine cohesion. What works in one market creates friction in another — and the gap between intent and impact widens. I help owners, CEOs and executive teams develop the cultural fluency to lead with clarity across geographies, building a unified enterprise identity without erasing what makes each market distinct.

For organisations operating across New Zealand, Australia, the US, Canada or the UK — or expanding into new markets. I work with executive teams to identify where cultural misalignment is creating friction, and build the frameworks and shared language needed to lead effectively across borders.
  • Cross-market culture and communication assessment
  • Leadership alignment across geographies
  • Frameworks for consistent enterprise identity
  • Practical tools for managing distributed and multicultural teams
  • Available for NZ-based businesses with international operations
For international operators entering the New Zealand market — particularly those from the US, Canada, UK or Asia. New Zealand business culture has its own norms, expectations and communication styles that differ significantly from other markets. Getting this wrong early is costly. I provide the cultural context, stakeholder intelligence and leadership preparation to ensure you start well.
  • NZ business culture and stakeholder landscape briefing
  • Communication and leadership style adaptation
  • Team integration and local talent engagement
  • Ongoing advisory support through the establishment phase
With deep professional networks and lived experience across both New Zealand and the United States, I work with businesses navigating NZ-US partnerships, investment relationships or expansion in either direction. This is not generic cross-cultural training — it's specific, practical advisory built on two decades of operating across both markets.
  • NZ-US partnership and investment advisory
  • Cultural translation for boards, leadership teams and key stakeholders
  • Strategic introductions and relationship facilitation where relevant
  • Preparation for US market entry or NZ-based US operator integration

Training

Your managers are capable. They just haven't been taught to lead.

The right training, built for the right people at the right time, changes how a team operates. Programmes are built around your people, your context, and what they actually need to do differently — whether that's a single session or a structured 12-month journey. You nominate who needs it. The rest is taken care of.

Award-Winning Programme
I've seen many leadership programmes. The LPP is the reason I partnered with SGEi — because it's the only one I've seen deliver results that actually stick. It's not a luxury reserved for large budgets or time-rich organisations. It's a structured, accessible programme that drives lasting change across every level of your business.
  • 6 or 12-month cohort — structured and progressive
  • Group sessions plus individual coaching built in
  • SGEi Culture Hacker methodology
  • You get regular progress updates — no black box
  • Accessible for organisations of all sizes

Coaching

You already know what needs to change. You just need someone to say it clearly.

Senior leaders rarely lack intelligence — they lack a trusted person who will tell them the truth without an agenda. The work focuses on what's actually in the way: clarity of direction, communication, team dynamics, or the conversations that don't happen in board meetings. You bring the challenges. The sessions give you the clarity to move forward.

Leadership development is not one-size-fits-all. Every manager and leader has a different starting point, different strengths, and different gaps. Senior Leadership Coaching is a fully customised, one-on-one engagement delivered in partnership with SGEi — bringing world-class methodology together with direct, honest advisory work.

Before the first session, your coach surveys six people close to you — personally and professionally — to understand your leadership style, strengths and blind spots. You complete a self-assessment to provide a comparison. From there, we clarify your leadership brand, identify the gaps between how you currently lead and how you aspire to lead, and build a practical plan to close them.

The initial engagement is five sessions, held every two to three weeks. After that, sessions are available individually as needed.
  • 360° feedback survey — six people, personal and professional
  • Self-assessment and leadership brand definition
  • Five structured sessions, fortnightly or monthly
  • In-person (Auckland / Hawke's Bay) or online
  • Ongoing single sessions available after initial programme
  • Delivered in partnership with SGEi International
For high-performing individuals who want to sharpen their edge — communication, presence, influence, or managing the pressure that comes with performing at the top. This is not remedial work. It's precision development for people who take themselves seriously.
  • Individual sessions tailored to your specific goals
  • Focus on performance, presence and influence
  • For managers, executives and high-potential individuals
