Leadership Performance Program
The LPP is a structured 6 or 12-month cohort programme for emerging and middle managers who are ready to lead — not just manage. Built on the SGEi Culture Hacker methodology and delivered personally by me.
This isn't just important for your people's growth — it builds your leadership bench at every level. Equipping your teams with the tools to get things done effectively, for the long haul. Not a one-off training day. A genuine shift in how your organisation leads.

What's Covered
Each session builds on the last — combining live group learning, one-on-one sessions, and real-world application. The full programme overview is available on request.
What leadership actually is — and why most people in leadership roles have never been taught it.
The skill that separates good leaders from great ones — and the one most organisations never develop.
Most leaders think they communicate well. Most of their teams disagree. This session closes that gap.
How to develop people in the flow of real work — not just in formal reviews that nobody remembers.
Trust, alignment, and shared purpose — the foundations that make everything else possible.
How to build a team that doesn't wait to be told what to do — and isn't afraid to think differently.
The leadership expectations that unlock the full potential of every person in the room.
Stop being busy. Start being effective. A framework that changes how leaders structure their weeks.
High performance is sustainable — but only if you know how to protect it. This session teaches leaders how to stay sharp when the pressure doesn’t let up.
Participants leave knowing exactly who they are as a leader — and what they need to do next.
Who It's For
The LPP is designed for managers who are ready to take their leadership seriously. It's not for everyone — and that's intentional. The cohort model only works when the people in the room are genuinely committed to growing.
01
Recently promoted or stepping into leadership for the first time. They have the technical skills — now they need the leadership ones. The LPP gives them a structured foundation before bad habits form.
02
Experienced managers who are good at what they do, but haven't had structured leadership development. Often the most impactful cohort — they apply it immediately and the results show fast.
03
Business owners and COOs who know their leadership bench needs strengthening. The LPP can be run as an open cohort or as a custom programme for your organisation's specific team and context.
Outcomes
These aren't aspirational statements. They're what participants consistently report — and what their managers and teams observe — after completing the programme.
Participants lead conversations with more intention — less hedging, more clarity, better outcomes in both one-on-ones and team settings.
Teams perform better when expectations are clear and conversations happen early. LPP participants build this habit — and it spreads.
When your middle layer leads well, less escalates upward. Owners and COOs consistently report more headspace and fewer fires after their managers complete the LPP.
Cohort-based learning creates alignment. Participants leave with the same frameworks, the same vocabulary, and the same standards — which makes culture change faster and stickier.
People don't leave organisations — they leave managers. Investing in your leaders' development is one of the most direct levers you have on retention.
Every module is designed to be used between sessions. By the time the programme ends, participants have already been practising for months — not just learning.
Why It Works
The LPP runs on a consistent monthly rhythm — same day, same time, every session. That predictability isn't accidental. It signals commitment, builds habit, and ensures your leaders can plan around it without disrupting their work or their lives.
We're asking for two hours a month. Delivered remotely, so your people stay in their roles, their cities, their lives. The investment is minimal. The impact is not.
The programme is designed to compound. Skills and frameworks from month one are still being applied in month six. Participants don't just learn — they implement, reflect, and grow between sessions. By the end, the work has already started showing up in their teams.
Whether you've been figuring it out as you go — which is more common than you think — or you're a seasoned executive, leadership is a muscle that must continue to be challenged and worked on. The LPP meets you exactly where you are.
From Kristen
For some participants, the LPP gives language and real-world context to words and concepts they've heard their entire professional lives — but never fully understood. For others, they already know the basics. What elevates the conversation is the people in the room: their experiences inside and outside of work, their upbringing, their insecurities and their confidences.
The shared experiences, paired with my ability to draw things out of people, creates a dynamic that moves us quickly from theory to reality — from what's going on to what we can do about it. Some participants are in from day one. Others take time. But I ensure that every member of my cohorts has what I call the “a-ha” moment — that epiphany, that look of understanding. It comes at different times for different people. But once it happens, everything falls into place.
I have the privilege of seeing the exact moment that managers become leaders. This programme creates stronger leaders who understand the difference between thinking they need all the answers — and knowing that a great leader doesn't give the answers. They create the space for their teams to find them.
We had the pleasure of having SGEi facilitate leadership workshops for Ian Schrager’s PUBLIC Hotels. Their team was dynamic, inspirational, motivating, interactive, and their message to the leadership team set us up for tremendous success.
