About Kristen
My background is unconventional by design. I began on Wall Street, where I was part of groundbreaking cross-sector collaboration between financial institutions and elite law enforcement agencies — work that shaped my understanding of high-stakes organisational dynamics. I've since founded multiple businesses, built HR and leadership offerings in Canada, and established myself as a trusted advisor to executive teams across New Zealand, Australia, the UK, Canada, and the USA. The fundamentals are always the same: culture is a strategy, and leadership is a skill.
